Overview
GLOW is a proprietary research combination product comprising three independently characterised research peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu. Mechanism of Action
GLOW combines three mechanistically distinct peptides. BPC-157 promotes VEGF expression and activates the FAK-paxillin signalling axis, driving angiogenic sprouting and endothelial cell proliferation. TB-500 modulates actin dynamics through G-actin sequestration and Rho/Rac1 pathway activation, facilitating directional migration of keratinocytes and fibroblasts. GHK-Cu chelates Cu2+ ions to support lysyl oxidase activity, upregulates collagen I, III, and elastin production, and activates decorin expression for fibril organisation. Together, these effects target vascularisation, cellular infiltration, and matrix deposition.
