Scientific Overview
The four components of KLOW have each been individually studied across tissue repair, inflammatory, and regenerative biology. Mechanism of Action
KLOW engages four distinct molecular pathways simultaneously. BPC-157 activates the FAK-paxillin axis and modulates VEGF to promote angiogenesis and tissue repair. TB-500 sequesters G-actin and activates Rho/Rac1 signalling to facilitate cell migration and endothelial tube formation. KPV suppresses NF-kB nuclear translocation through MC1R engagement, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine output. GHK-Cu delivers bioavailable copper to support lysyl oxidase activity and activates collagen, elastin, and decorin expression via TGF-beta pathway modulation. The multi-target nature of this combination is the primary object of investigational interest.
