Research Protocols
Lab Guides & Protocols
Standardized handling, storage, and reconstitution protocols for all Pure Recovery Labs compounds. All protocols are provided for reference only and are intended solely for qualified researchers conducting in vitro research.
Standard Operating Procedure
Reconstitution at a Glance
Step 01 — Prepare
Allow to Equilibrate
Allow the appropriate diluent and lyophilized vial to reach room temperature. Confirm sterility of all materials, equipment, and surfaces before handling.
Step 02 — Calculate
Determine Target Volume
Calculate the required diluent volume for the desired concentration. Use appropriate calculations and calibrated laboratory equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
Step 03 — ADD DILUENT SLOWLY
Add Along the Vial Wall
Add diluent gently along the inner wall of the vial — avoid directing liquid onto the lyophilized material. Minimize agitation during the process.
Step 04 — Verify
Swirl Until Dissolved
Gently roll the vial until the material is fully dissolved. The resulting solution should appear clear. Do not use for research if visible particulates are present.
Storage Requirements
Handling & Storage
Lyophilized (Dry) State
Store at room temperature for short-term periods when protected from humidity and light. For long-term storage, keep at −20°C. Shelf life may vary depending on the compound and storage conditions.
Reconstituted Solution
Store at 2–8°C under refrigeration. Follow compound-specific handling guidance and use within the recommended timeframe. Do not freeze reconstituted solutions, as repeated freezing and thawing may affect compound integrity.
Shipping & Temperature
All orders are shipped using packaging appropriate for the research material. Lyophilized compounds are generally suitable for ambient-temperature shipping during typical transit periods.
Our compounds are intended for controlled laboratory research, including analytical testing, assay development, in-vitro studies, and other non-clinical research applications. They are supplied strictly for research use only.
Researchers should review the product documentation and applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA), then use appropriate laboratory analytical methods such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, or other validated techniques to independently confirm identity and purity.
Pure Recovery Labs focuses on laboratory-grade research peptides with independent quality verification where applicable. Selected batches may include Janoshik HPLC analytical verification, purity information, batch identification, and a Certificate of Analysis. Researchers should review the applicable COA for the exact batch before laboratory use.
Storage and handling should follow the product-specific documentation, applicable laboratory SOPs, and institutional safety requirements. Researchers should review the supplied documentation before beginning any laboratory work.
A suitable protocol should identify the compound, batch/lot information, intended experimental purpose, analytical methods, controls, storage conditions, safety considerations, and procedures for recording and evaluating results.
No. These products are supplied for research use only (RUO) and are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or veterinary use. Researchers are responsible for ensuring their work complies with applicable institutional and regulatory requirements.
