Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed before the daily cut-off time on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Destinations

Pure Recovery Labs ships to Australia and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and applicable options for your location will be confirmed at checkout.

It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that the import of any research compound is lawful in their jurisdiction and that all applicable permits, licences, and import requirements are met. Pure Recovery Labs accepts no liability for orders seized, delayed, or refused by customs authorities.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They will vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. Pure Recovery Labs accepts no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the purchaser.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of your order. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us through the Contact page available on this Website and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
