1. Research Use Only — Eligibility

1.1 All products sold by Pure Recovery Labs are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, therapeutic use, or veterinary use of any kind.

1.2 By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are an individual, organisation, institution, or laboratory purchasing products solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.

1.3 Pure Recovery Labs reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe a purchaser intends to use products for any purpose other than legitimate in-vitro research.

2. Orders and Pricing

2.1 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. You will be notified promptly if this occurs and a full refund will be issued.

2.3 Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation to your nominated email address. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch.

3. Permitted Use of Products

3.1 Products purchased from Pure Recovery Labs must only be used for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.

3.2 You must not use, supply, administer, on-sell, or transfer any product purchased from Pure Recovery Labs for human or animal consumption, clinical purposes, self-administration, or any other non-research purpose.

3.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of all products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, product descriptions, protocol guides, and the Pure Recovery Labs brand, is the intellectual property of Pure Recovery Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your use of the Website or any product purchased will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

6.2 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where such limitation is not permitted under the ACL.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
